After building financial products for more than a decade, I learnt two things:

1. Banking was not for me; and

2. We could all be one conversation away from our destiny.

 

My random, life-changer was through a meeting with a serial entrepreneur. With a small push in the right direction, she helped me navigate a path I knew I was made for.

Higher Ground emerged with a vision of giving everyone an opportunity to bring their ideas to life. I believe that making industry experts accessible to many more "voiceless" people, like my younger self, is WHERE SOCIAL INNOVATION REALLY LIVES.
